Design / Construction Factors
The owners wanted to expand their modest one bedroom river home as well as refresh the exterior of the house. The house is occupied by a family of four, two of which are of the large the canine variety - the addition added a large mudroom complete with dog bath.
Project Delivery
The project was delivered with a fixed fee arrangement for the stipulated scope of work. Additional work was added along the way, and completed for an additional fixed fee.
